#數位外交協會 #韓國公眾外交 一直都知道韓流的威力跟魅力，自己也是 Kpop 的愛好者，也很好奇韓國娛樂產業是如何從本土走向國際。今天這場由 數位外交行動計畫 Digital Diplomacy舉辦的講座，真的是完全超出預期，super inspiring。除了十分讚嘆他們的資料蒐集、整理能力，以及用說故事的方式闡述數據之外，更是對韓國的外交政策大開眼界，縝密且有系統的對外宣傳手法，讓全球都不自覺投入韓流的浪潮。 #韓國公眾外交週 每年定期舉辦的活動，旨於分享韓國公眾外交故事及技巧。以往都是實體活動進行，今年因疫情把攤位和活動轉為線上舉辦，把實體物件全數線上化。我印象最深刻的是今天講座分享的【虛擬大使館影片導覽】，總共和 12 個大使館合作，拍攝手法採用韓國綜藝節目方式，非常生動和有質感。民眾可以直擊各個大使館的內部裝潢，認識不同國家的建築特色還有文化，是很特別的交流方式。 公眾外交週官網:
